Attendees are provided the option to make their hotel and flight reservations through the event’s secretary, or they may take care of these arrangements themselves directly.

The registration fee includes the cost of course attendance as well as room and board (lunch and dinner) from Sunday night, 18 May, to Friday afternoon, 23 May, for ASSAL, IAIS and OCDE members, and from Monday, 19 May, (including lunch) to Thursday afternoon, 22 May, (including lunch) for Spanish insurance company representatives. The fee also covers the cost of all distributed materials, printed matter and computer support. In no case will this fee include accommodation expenses nor transportation to the city of Madrid.

Presentations shall be made both in Spanish and in English; a simultaneous translation system will be made available to attendees.
